4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Boil sweet potatoes in a large pot until tender (about 15 minutes). Drain.
