3 cups cooked elbow macaroni

3 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup milk

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tbsp melted butter (for topping)

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute.

Slowly add milk, whisking until smooth and thickened.

Stir in cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, broccoli, corn, and cheese sauce. Mix well.
